Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Wyoming, MI
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract High Possibility of Extension
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $48/Hr

Job Description:
This role involves working with tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, ServiceNow, SAP, web technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Roles and Responsibiliies:
- Own the delivery of testing phase of the large projects and programs
- Own and ensure testing deliverables meet standards, quality expectations, and end-user requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Define and facilitate test strategies and plan implementation actions.
- Develop by coordinating comprehensive test plans, test scenarios and test cases within put from developers, subject matter experts and IT analysts.
- Lead and manage test execution across multiple project teams, ensuring progress is tracked daily.
- Manage and streamline the bug lifecycle, proactively removing blockers to maintain test flow.
- Coordinate bug execution by working with necessary parties to resolve and document disposition plans
- Identify risks and facilitate resolution of the risks; communicate the risk mitigation and resolution to higher level of leadership
- Generate necessary test reporting and dashboards to provide insights into status, testing progress and issues.
- Work closely with teams to continuously improve testing standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Automation Specialists to integrate manual test scripts into automation strategies.
- Champion a quality-first mindset and advocate for Quality & Automation, DevOps principles, including CI/CD.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading testing projects in global programs
- Expertise in testing methodologies, processes, and tools and in coordinating large scale projects
- Ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and lead testing initiatives
- Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments and familiarity with development languages like Java, C, or .NET
- Experience testing web and SAP applications (SAP knowledge is a plus)
Salary : $45 - $48
