Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Product Safety)
Location: Hartsville, SC
Duration: 12 Months Contract High Possibility of Extension
Shift: 7:00 AM or 8AM - 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay Range: $50/Hr - $60/Hr
Note: Candidate who can work on W2 basis without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
- Perform regulatory review of client’s thermoformed and flexible packaging products
- Regulations include FDA and other global food contact regulations, Proposition 65, CONEG/TPCH, REACH SVHC, and others
- Presence of animal derived materials, allergens, GMO, chemicals of concern in packaging, and others
- Compose response letters for internal and external customer inquiries
- Manage inquiries and documents in regulatory systems
- Set up new and update existing raw material regulatory records
- Obtain and review supplier documents
- Enter material compliance status in regulatory systems
- Participate with cross-functional teams supporting various projects
- Provide feedback on regulatory questions
- Keep team informed on progress during projects requiring regulatory support
Salary : $50 - $60
