Job Description
Qualifications:
High level of attention to detail; MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, NetMeeting and Outlook; Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral; Good multi-tasking skills; Self-starter w/good organizational skills; Possess discretion and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling the plants mail.
2. Order, organize, and monitor office and breakroom supplies
3. Coordinate catering, venue, and support staffing requirements for internal events or lunches
4. Support new hire orientations when needed
5. Assist with record keeping 6.
Other duties as assigned Comments/Special Instructions This is a temporary assignment, I am estimating between 2-3 months.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
