General Function:
The Marketing Associate works in conjunction with the ADO Marketing Manager to grow independent eye care practices in a defined territory. The Marketing Associate’s job involves managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects. This position is responsible for facilitating the creation of marketing collateral, promoting and executing marketing plans, developing brand cohesion for the practices you work with and increasing revenue in all business channels. Responsibilities will include tracking and reporting results of all marketing initiatives and recommending improvements as necessary to increase the overall success of marketing efforts.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1.Oversee full scope of assigned member accounts and is responsible for member satisfaction and execution of marketing program deliverables. 2.Assist in the development of yearly strategic marketing plans for each member. 3. Measure, track and report results and adjust programs to continually improve performance. 4. Optimize member lead generation and lead nurturing process through email, content and social media programs. 5. Manage relationships and coordinate marketing activities with customers, internal team members and external partners. 6.Ensure all program elements are in alignment with client strategy and brand guidelines. 7.Take ownership of project execution and performance for all assigned customers. 8.Partner with team members across organization to produce campaigns on time and on budget with flawless execution that meet/exceed client expectations. 9.Work with ADO Marketing Manager to develop detailed marketing plans, schedules and track costs & billing.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE OR SKILL SET:
BA or BS Degree in Marketing and a minimum of three years of related marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent organization and project/campaign management skills. Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page with respect to project status, deliverables & timelines.
Experience defining and managing project scope and deliverables while using both onsite and offsite resources.
This position also requires creativity, flexibility, time management skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in utilizing CRM systems, data analysis and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Adobe design programs preferred (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
Occasional travel (25%) to industry events and ADO events.
Occasional weekend travel required.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record that complies with the Walman Optical Company Motor Vehicle Policy.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
