Organizational Change Management OCM Lead will be aligned to key priority projects that have significant enterprise end user impact and work with IT program project teams to both plan and execute a specific set of OCM activities. Scope includes but not limited to driving strong partnerships and working alongside program capability project owners, Enterprise Communications team, and other teams to develop the high level change strategy and execute those deliverables.
