Technology Operations Support
Salary: $80k-$90k bonus
Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
Third Shift: 10:30pm-7am
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program)
- 3 years of OS390 JCL and IBM utilities
- 3 years working in a multi-platform environment including Windows, Linux/Unix and Storage.
- 3 years working knowledge of an open systems scheduling product (UC4).
- Some knowledge of cloud environment preferably AWS
- Some knowledge of the following: Network, Unix / Linux, Windows, Storage, IBM JCL, ITIL principles, MQ (stop / start / recycle)
Responsibilities
- Employ first-level Incident identification and resolution techniques to interruptions across Mainframe, Linux/UNIX, Windows, Storage and Network platforms.
- Monitor multiple applications and systems using approved software.
- Monitor and respond to applications/systems alerts across all platforms in accordance with Quality Standards and/or Security Policies.
- Report and document any processing anomalies utilizing approved software. (Service Now / Remedy)
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
