RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Residential or Commercial property inspections according to the provided guidelines
- Follow inspection procedures for onsite inspection of the systems and components of existing homes
- Walk the exterior and interior of the homes
- Access and inspect unfinished spaces
- Evaluate the home deficiencies including, but not limited to : site issues, building materials and the conditions, health and human safety items, physical and structural conditions
- Complete Inspection Checklist and requisition reporting
- Address the concerns of the client
- Provide detailed descriptions
Requirements :
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
Bachelor’s in Architecture or in a related field (NAAB and / or CACB accredited)
Home Inspection License or Certification
InterNachi Certification
COMPENSATION
