RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Senior Community Engagement Specialist to support The Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED)’s mission to deliver clean energy demonstration projects at scale in partnership with the private sector to accelerate deployment, market adoption, and the equitable transition to a decarbonized energy system to join our superior workforce. The Senior Community Engagement Specialists coordinate and advise client staff and leadership of opportunities for supporting communities associated with the client demonstrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead community outreach activities to identify necessary programs and services.
- Oversee administrative aspects of programs to meet the Community benefit objectives.
- Review reports on the effectiveness of Community Benefit Programs and suggest and implement improvements to Community Benefits Programs and services.
- Plans and manages outreach activities for increased awareness of programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
- 10 years of community involvement experience
- Experience in Clean Energy desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of fundamental business writing
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
