Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cabinetmaker as we enter an exciting new chapter in our journey. With 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a skilled finish carpenter with hands on experience building and laminating cabinets or tradeshow displays. An experienced cabinetmaker is responsible for plans, layout, fabrication, assembling, installation, and repair of wood, plastic, laminate, metal parts and other areas as noted by CAD drawings.
This Hands On Position Requires a Strong Attention To Detail, Quality And Thoroughness. It Is a Fantastic Opportunity For Growth Within a Stable Fast Paced Organization. To Perform This Job Successfully, An Individual Must Be Able To Perform Each Essential Duty
Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing wood, plastic and metal parts.
Layout and mark dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns of products, parts or uses templates.
Utilize various types of woodworking machinery, stationary and hand tools.
Assemble case, cabinetry and supportive framework according to blueprints to specification.
Repair and maintain metal products.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and develop alternative solutions where necessary.
Communicate changes and progress including project timeline and potential changes in budget; including developing and implementing cost savings measures.
Meet productivity standards and strive to increase productivity through prioritizing and planning.
Document materials used (and unused) as indicated on blueprints to maintain inventory.
Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Education and Experience
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $25/hour -$35/hour, and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet making and laminates.
- Experience in all areas of the carpentry trade.
