With 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we are in need of an experienced and hands on technologist to oversee IT infrastructure, ERP development, and cybersecurity, while leading the charge to implement and maintain systems that support operations and growth. The IT Director monitors software and hardware efficiency, ensures security, and stays updated on industry trends to recommend cost-effective integrations. Responsibilities include collaboration with senior leadership to plan and implement the IT strategic goals of the organization.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.

- Oversees capacity planning, architectural design, and redundancy to ensure a stable, efficient network environment
- Establishes IT policies for key functions (anti-virus, backup, email, security) to safeguard operations
- Researches and implements new technology solutions
- Manages network inventory and asset tracking
- Develops and enforces a backup and recovery strategy aligned with retention policies to protect data
- Maintains information security measures to uphold data confidentiality, integrity, and access control
- Provides technical support for network components (routers, switches, servers, communication links)
- Diagnoses and resolves network-related hardware and software issues
- Trains end-users on network operations and applications
- Manages the IT budget for resource efficiency
- Communicates IT needs and updates to senior management
- Coordinates planning, installation, and maintenance of company-wide business systems (accounting, email, intranet, manufacturing)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted year for year in lieu of formal education.
- At least 5 years of IT leadership experience.
- Certificates/Licenses: MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CISSP, CCNP, A , Network or other industry relevant certifications. PMP or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Required Skills: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange 2016 and newer, Microsoft Server 2016 and newer, MS SQL Server 2016 and newer, Active Directory, Routing, Switching, VPN, SD-WAN, VOIP
- Preferred Skills: Infor Syteline, Salesforce.com, Autodesk Suite (Vault, AutoCAD, Inventor, Photoshop), Adobe Creative Suite, Mac/Apple IOS devices: iMac, MacBook, iPad, iPhone
