Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Print Specialist as we enter an exciting new chapter in our journey. With 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a skilled graphic media technologist to collaborate with our graphic design team to deliver high quality, large format print projects for our client deliverables.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.

• Set up, operate and maintain largeformat digital printers (Vutek 3200 & 3360) and other printing equipment to produce highquality graphics.
• Review and interpret design files, ensuring artwork meets production specifications and color accuracy standards.
• Prepare and adjust print materials, including cutting, laminating, mounting, and finishing processes.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment in printed materials.
• Troubleshoot print issues such as color inconsistencies, alignment problems, and equipment malfunctions.
• Handson experience with safety protocols on all printers and laminators.
• Understand project timelines, scheduling needs and delivery dates.
• Independently transfer files to printer and run client projects from start to finish.
• Ability to plot, trim and apply vinyl graphics.
• Calibrate and profile printers regularly to maintain optimal output quality.
• Manage inventory of print supplies and materials, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Perform quality control checks on all printed products before delivery or installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
• Stay current with industry trends, new printing technologies, and materials to continuously improve print processes.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 to $75,000 annually, and individual pay is commensurate with experience based on work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
