Travel: Up to 25%
Type: Full-time
Location: Nationwide /Houston, TX preferred
Compensation: $103,200 to $144,500 (depending on skillset and experience) per year and 15% bonus eligible.
Relocation: No relocation provided

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and own the sales operations department including related tasks, responsibilities, and functions.
- Responsible for hiring and training for direct reports. Conduct interviews, complete job reviews, set and review professional development goals for direct reports. Mentor and coach team of technicians; Audit performance quality and build training plans for direct reports. Ensure staff are motivated and productive.
- Ownership of the data contained within RESA Power’s CRM system and represented in the Power BI cloud reporting environment.
- Develop, standardize, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and predictability. This includes managing the sales pipeline and workflow, ensuring that all sales activities align with the company's goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency. Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas where the sales process can be streamlined.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and market trends. Collaborate with sales leaders to plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among different departments.
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that improve sales productivity and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies that can benefit the sales team.
- Develop, manage, and monitor adherence to the CRM Process and Playbook.
- Develop CRM Dashboard; creation, ownership, and presentation of KPI’s.
- Develop and deliver training on CRM & Power BI.
- Support Sales leadership team, VPs, and GMs, to align tools with strategy set by leadership team.
- Support National Account Team and Sales Teams (dashboards, reporting and projects).
- Act as an SME and identify and implement best practices and trends.
- Responsible for data analytics & reporting.
- Support local and national pricing initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc projects for senior leadership for internal and external purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and 8 years of related experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Must possess strong program and project management skills.
- Exhibits strong leaderships skills, can lead by influence, inspire others, and can motivate a team.
- Proficient with PowerBI including developing reports, analyzing data, and creating dashboards.
- Proficient with CRM programs (Microsoft Dynamics) including reporting, functionality, and processes.
- An ability to effectively work cross-functionally with other groups (outside of sales) including IT, operations, service, safety, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Comfortable with standard reporting (P/L, OE, Capital, Cost Savings, Inventory, NPI, and Corporate Priority), and have a keen interest in operations along with strong finance, communication, and partnership skills.
- Knowledge and application of accounting principles including financial statements, costing, and fixed assets, a plus.
- Demonstrated, progressive experience performing forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in for-profit industry. Experience in creating multi-year business models.
- Some experience with system integration and deployment is a plus.
- Independently motivated, a collaborative teammate with an affinity for adapting to different situations and personalities.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
