Responsibilities
- Guide, develop, and inspire your direct reports, focusing on career growth and personal advancement.
- Excelling in both hands-on maintenance work and related administrative tasks.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs on production hardware and machinery.
- Diagnose and rectify production equipment issues swiftly to minimize production delays.
- Devise inventive strategies to heighten efficiency and quality within the plant.
- Manage the upkeep of building facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
- Adhere to health and safety standards ensuring maintenance activities comply with all regulations and policies.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work and materials inventory.
- Promote continuous improvements to processes and equipment efficiency.
- Analyze data to measure maintenance performance, and report using key metrics to drive decision-making.
- 3-5 years in supervising teams or management.
- 5-10 years' experience in facilities and maintenance roles.
- 3 years working with CMMS software competence.
- Over 2 years' exposure to industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent in communication, computer literacy, presentation, and interpersonal exchanges.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and forward-thinking.
- Physically capable of handling tasks involving bending, lifting, standing, and walking.
- Associate degree in science or engineering technology.
- 1-3 years of managing projects involved in maintenance.
- Participation in a reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) framework area.
- Experience embedding LEAN Manufacturing techniques.
- Background in discrete manufacturing environments.
- Expertise with AutoCAD.
