We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at reSAWN TIMBER co. This individual will serve as the technical backstop for our projects, providing extensive product, process, and application knowledge to support our client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documents, capturing feedback from project interactions and internal developmental sources.
- Author technical articles to support marketing initiatives and produce high-quality architectural drawings to illuminate concepts.
- Support new product launches and act as a resource throughout the project cycle, providing consultation on product expectations, handling, and application questions.
- Maintain a disciplined log of all project interactions and help build analytical tools to measure effort, success, and risk.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in the building industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- Solid computer program skills, including Excel, Word, and web-based applications.
- Able to draft in 2D using Autocad LT and understand 2D and 3D architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with mark-up software such as BlueBeam and CRM software such as Hubspot is a plus.
