- Employee Recruitment, Hiring, and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, create accurate job postings, and establish external recruiting sources.
- Personnel Files: Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with personnel file maintenance, filing documents into appropriate employee files, and terminated employee files.
- Policy Implementation, Employee Relations, and Performance Management: Interpret HR policies and procedures, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and coordinate FMLA and LOA processes.
