Summary:

Provide an exceptional experience for clients by building relationships, selling services and leading a high-performing team to support client activity. Lead team to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while achieving RESCO's business objectives and sales growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and expand profitable client relationships that benefit both client and RESCO
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, resources, and financial status
  • Meet with client contacts at appropriate frequencies
  • Conduct client business reviews on pre-determined schedule or as defined by client
  • Review all invoices for accuracy and profitability

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities
  • Analyze sales metrics, client data and related reports to develop targeted strategies
  • Prepare and review price quotes for services for large or new initiatives/services
  • Add measurable value by increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving profit margins
  • Conduct and coordinate content for client visits, meetings and tours

Team Leadership:

  • Directly supervise client support staff
  • Plan, train, and direct team activity
  • Set quarterly goals and conduct team meetings
  • Foster a positive working environment motivating team members and supports professional development
  • Manage performance & metrics through motivation, support and accountability

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure project/initiative accuracy, timely completion, and budget adherence
  • Creatively find solutions and develop ideas to help client and RESCO teams solve challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of client and internal activities
  • Recommend and implement process improvements

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to manage abstract and concrete variables with limited standardization
  • Accurately record billable time spent on client and RESCO activities
  • Be a team player. Partner with upper management to help direct or implement internal process creation, solutions and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management; 4 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management and managing multiple client accounts, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of portfolio sales growth
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible environment and prioritize under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and proficient mathematical skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and industry details
  • Ability to manage and interpret abstract and concrete variables
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable
  • Handling multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Discretion when managing sensitive information
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
