The Role:

As a Laborer, you're the backbone of our operation. You'll roll up your sleeves for a variety of tasks – operating saws, molds, precast work, bagging, and general labor.

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00-19.00/hour - with a $1/hour raise after 90 day probationary period

We require you to have:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Adherence to safety guidelines
• Good attendance is a must
• Must be a good team player and have the ability to work well with others

It's helpful if you also have:

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferred
• Experience with machine operation is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Experience with hand tools (air ratchets, wrenches, socket sets) a plus

Work Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and use a floor creeper
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, consistently
• Must be ok with potential exposure to heat, gas, and diesel
• PPE is required during every shift (steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, hi viz vests)
