The Role: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of plant maintenance, electrical systems, and industrial machinery. Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Complete preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and manage inventories.
- Provide mechanical maintenance information and manage PM software.
- Exhibit strong leadership and oversee electrical staff.
- Maintain technical knowledge and ensure a safe working environment.
Shift Openings: We currently have openings for the 2nd and 3rd shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma with at least five years of manufacturing experience and one year in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of safety regulations.
- Organizational skills and the ability to be an analytical team builder.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two-year technical degree in a related field, with an engineering degree preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
