Description :  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team and help drive our growth strategy forward through sales and marketing activities. This position is an in-office position when not traveling.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership, Management and Accountability for yourself and your team.
  • Develop and manage an effective sales strategy to achieve RESCO's growth objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the food and beverage industry.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to find new opportunities.
  • Work with leadership to grow business opportunities with future vision of building sales and marketing norms and processes.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with Senior Management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with previous team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Compensation :

  • Base salary.
  • Commission based on sales performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package to include a 401k match up to 4%.
