As a Sales and Marketing Leader, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth strategy forward through sales and marketing activities. This is an in-office position when not traveling, with some remote work arrangements possible.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required, along with 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or CPG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an effective sales strategy to achieve RESCO's growth objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the food and beverage industry.
- Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work with leadership to grow business opportunities with future vision of building sales and marketing norms and processes.
