Research America, Inc. is an award-winning, family-owned and operated full-service market research company. We design and execute custom research programs that provides knowledge through research to understand and solve the issues and problems facing our clients today.
Market Research Interviewers are responsible for administering telephone surveys to our clients' customers and accurately recording their opinions and feedback on a variety of important topics.
Required Skills/Attributes
- Enthusiastic, professional, polite, courteous telephone manner
- Must read scripted text aloud with clear voice quality, good pace, and enunciation
- Excellent communication and probing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, spelling and verbal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of a PC Windows environment
- Must be able to type 20 WPM with 85% accuracy
Preferred Skills/Capabilities:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time in a production work environment
- Be self-motivated and enjoy interacting and working with people from all backgrounds
- Previous experience with telephone center work, telephone interviewing, or supervisory experience in a phone center environment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent listener with the ability to understand concerns and overcome objections
Job Type: Part-time, 16-30 hours per week.
Schedule: 9am - 5pm
Education: High school or equivalent
