What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Constituent Data and Operations position at Research!America?
Responsibilities
- Lead membership renewal process, invoicing, and related activities.
- Manage daily operations of membership and donation processing, including data entry, gift processing, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry for donations, dues payments, pledges, and invoices.
- Research and maintain accurate contact data to support cultivation and stewardship efforts.
- Import and maintain event registration lists and ensure data integrity.
- Provide support for membership prospecting, stewardship meetings, and committee meetings.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track and assess membership and development activities.
- Establish and implement best practices for using CharityEngine within the team.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate database procedures manual.
- Provide staff training on database procedures and stay current with CharityEngine updates.
- Create queries, reports, and webforms to support Research!America’s initiatives, programs, events, and fundraising efforts.
- Perform data analysis for audits and support other duties as assigned.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days a week in in the office, with other days working remotely.
