- Help develop SOP for all areas in IS.
- Help organize current file / directory structure.
- Work on laptop and computer issues and replacements.
- Update Samanage Knowledgebase articles. Job Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge. Computer and software troubleshooting skills (entry level). Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of windows file and directory structure.
