Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in quality
- Assist with inventory and ingredient management
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen
- Other duties assigned to you by the Pastry Chef
Ideal Candidates:
- Have excellent knife skills
- Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
- Are able to lift 25 lbs. or more
- Prepare and execute key components of dishes
- Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
- Support their fellow cooks
Qualifications
- 1 years of Steakhouse experience required
