Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Reset Behavior LV, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, working closely with clients and their families to promote growth and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Implementation & Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a team of behavior technicians, parents, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Training & Supervision: Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering their professional growth.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, behavior data, and treatment outcomes. Prepare and present reports as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all practices comply with ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with children with autism spectrum disorders.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
