We are located within Newport Centre/Mall in the former Michael Kors space next to the Starbucks and escalators that lead to the 2nd floor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic technical knowledge for luxury mattresses and pillows a plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Spanish speaking, a plus
