What You’ll Do:
✅ Fire & Contents Restoration: Clean and restore personal belongings, furniture, and household items affected by fire, smoke, or water damage.
✅ Contents Cleaning: Use specialized techniques and cleaning agents to restore items made from wood, metal, textiles, and electronics.
✅ Inventory & Documentation: Carefully document and inventory all contents, ensuring accurate records for restoration and insurance purposes.
✅ Packing & Unpacking: Securely pack and unpack items for transport and storage, ensuring they are protected and handled with care.
✅ Post-Construction Cleaning: Provide deep cleaning services to remove debris, dust, and contaminants before clients move back in.
✅ Customer Communication: Work directly with homeowners and businesses, providing updates and reassurance throughout the restoration process.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with other restoration technicians and project managers to ensure efficient and seamless project completion.
✅ Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe and effective work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in disaster restoration, contents cleaning, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with fire restoration, construction cleanup, and inventory management.
Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully document and track customer belongings.
Work Ethic: A strong, self-motivated individual who can work efficiently under pressure.
Customer Service Skills: Clear and compassionate communication with clients in distress.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver’s license with a clean record. IICRC certification in fire and water damage restoration is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
