Staff Accountant

Join our team as a Staff Accountant and play a critical role in managing our rapid financial growth. Your accounting experience along with your desire to develop, and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks will serve as an engine to our accounting and finance team. What You'll Be Working On:

• Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Maintaining a healthy A/R Aging
• Record all cash transactions across multiple entities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements,
• Assist Controller in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform general ledger and bank account reconciliations 
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in regards to A/P & A/R
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring With You:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounting Experience
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
• Experience with accrual accounting and financial statement preparation
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with sales tax 
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices

Salary: 

$60,000-$70,000

This is a fully in-office position. We believe that in-person collaboration in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success. Please note, you must live in the Austin area or be willing to relocate for consideration of this position. Remote positions not available at this time.
