Position Summary :
The Purchasing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of their assigned communities. This person will work closely with the onsite builders and vendors to ensure a smooth workflow and help remediate any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
New Community Setup :
- Assist the Purchasing team in establishing new communities by supporting the preparation of purchase orders, tracking materials, and coordinating with various departments.
- Help in organizing and maintaining documentation related to new community setups.
