QUALIFICATIONS FOR A 2ND SHIFT COORDINATOR
Your schedule will consist of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. As a 2nd Shift Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responding to emergency calls and dispatching technicians. You'll keep clients and our day team informed with detailed status updates and documentation. Managing purchase orders and negotiating subcontractor rates while addressing billing discrepancies will also fall under your purview. You'll facilitate a clear transition of work between night/weekend and day/weekday shifts, ensuring seamless continuity in service delivery.
Here's what we need from you:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of proven work experience in retail management, dispatching, project management, or customer service
- Willingness to work in the office
Preferred:
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Experience with Apple technology
