Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold food options, beverages, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout the breakfast service.
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing any inquiries or requests promptly.
- Assist guests with food selections and provide information about menu items as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including coffee machines and food preparation tools.
- Clean up after breakfast service, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies for the next day.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques; experience with meat cutting is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings on weekdays and weekends as needed.
