Duties

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities available at the resort or hotel.
- Assist in managing billing procedures and processing payments accurately.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
