Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Greet and check-in guests in a professional and courteous manner - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Process guest payments and maintain accurate records - Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled - Perform night audit duties as required - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area - Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality industry practices - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Bilingual language skills (preferred) - Familiarity with night audit procedures (preferred) - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
