Hotel Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and functionality of hotel equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with room renovations and improvements as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workshop.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall operations.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching.
