Hotel Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to oversee the daily sales operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Marriott brand and be an energetic and enthusiastic ambassador for our hotel. As well as managing groups and locally negotiated rates, the Sales Manager will participate in weekly revenue calls, generate new business, and be responsible for social media. You must possess a passion for hospitality and be a self-starter with a strong work-ethic. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, guest relations, and operational efficiency.

Duties

• Respond to all sales leads with expediency.
• Participate in weekly revenue calls.
• Manage group reservations and rooming lists.
• Work with team to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to hotel policies.
• Assist with guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
• Maintain social media accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management software.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences.

Pay: $56,677.00 - $59,976.00 per year
