*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
*Duties*
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, and mechanical work
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Keep accurate maintenance records
- Assist with facility improvement projects as needed
- Welding tasks as required
- Utilize ohmmeters and other tools to diagnose electrical issues
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including residential painting and electrical repairs
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
-HVAC Experience preferred
- Leadership skills to guide maintenance team members
