Residence Inn by Marriott in East Peoria, is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work Part-Time, 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
Approx. 24-32 hrs/wk. Must have weekend availability!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
