What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Front Desk Agent 2nd shift (HIX) position at Residence Inn East Peoria?
Holiday Inn Express & Suites, in East Peoria, is currently adding a Part-Time, Front Desk Agent to our team!
Shift Hours: 2pm-10pm , 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am Scheduled Days: 2-3 Days a Week
Must be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays and have some weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work weekends
