Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Lenox Park is a premier destination for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Located in the heart of Atlanta's vibrant Lenox Park area, our hotel offers spacious suites, modern amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding customer service to every guest who walks through our doors. This is a full-time role and availability to work 7am-3pm or 3pm - 11pm is required.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with reservations and guest room assignments.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
