The Role: As a Club Floor Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, ensuring all tables are clean and presentable, and proactively pre-bussing tables while promptly resolving any guest requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down of the breakfast buffet area according to established standards.
- Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked according to the current meal period.
- Ensure all tables are cleaned and properly set according to property-specific standards.
- Proactively pre-bus tables and promptly resolve any guest requests.
- Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Heavy work - exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and guests.
