About the Role
The Club Floor Attendant is a vital member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area according to established standards
- Ensure all breakfast tables are kept clean and presentable at all times
- Proactively pre-bussing tables and promptly resolving any guest requests
- Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field
- Flexibility and ability to work long hours sometimes required
- Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand during entire shift
