Main Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, adhering to established standards
- Ensure all breakfast tables are clean and presentable at all times
- Proactively pre-bussing tables and responding promptly to guest requests
- Complete daily tasks and cleaning according to established side-work checklist
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field
- Flexibility and ability to work long hours sometimes required
