About the Job: As a Club Floor Attendant at Residence Inn San Jose South, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensuring all tables are cleaned and properly set according to property-specific standards.
- Proactively pre-bussing tables and promptly resolving any guest requests, showcasing your excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Heavy work - exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
