The purpose of a Banquet Bartender is to maintain the entire bar operation at Banquet Functions, including, but not limited to, the service of all beverage items, food items and cashier duties following both AURO and the brand standards, while ensuring guest satisfaction by providing friendly and courteous service.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness and attention to guests' needs.
- Ensure that a high level of sanitation and cleanliness is maintained before, during, and after each shift.
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Follows cash handling responsibilities as dictated by Auro Hotels' policy.
- Has full knowledge of and fully complies with the state liquor laws.

Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; previous banquet and/or food & beverage experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
