Maintenance Technician – Painter
EXEMPT STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Plant Ops Director; Plant Ops Coord and/or Lead Maint Tech
GENERAL SUMMARY :
The Maintenance Tech - Painter is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical facility and grounds. Under supervisor direction, conducts painting, preventive maintenance, light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, and all other duties as assigned. In addition, the Maintenance Tech - Painter will work special projects related to the facility, focus on renovation of apartments; Health Center and Assisted Living repairs as well as in the common areas of the community. dures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES :
Primary Job Duties :
- Performs general maintenance duties, such as fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures, light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
- Performs painting and refurbishing projects as directed by supervisor.
- Performs routine preventive maintenance as directed by supervisor.
- Performs minor building and equipment repairs.
- Assists with snow removal efforts.
- Performs clean-up of parking lots and building grounds.
- Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Other special projects, duties assigned as needed by member of leadership

Salary Range: $19.00 - 22.00 an hour ( based on years of experience)
