Description: Residential Elevators is looking for an Elevator Mechanic to work full-time, at least 40 hours a week working on new installations.
Description of Duties: Installation of traction and hydraulic home elevators. Responsible for overseeing the complete installation of residential elevators. Installing and testing electrical systems. Maintaining stock and ordering supplies. Maintaining a clean work area. Perform proper timekeeping. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Desired Characteristics: Prior elevator installation experience is required. Ability to work independently. Detailed oriented. About Residential Elevators:

Requirements
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of elevator installation/service experience. Must be willing to travel up to 50% and work long hours if needed. Must have previous elevator installation experience. Must not be afraid of heights, heavy lifting or hard work. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must have valid, clean driving record and able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
