As a home health occupational therapist, you will collaborate with our care team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with our staff. Your responsibilities will include:

For this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
