Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of clinical staff to ensure productivity goals are met
* Develop and implement case management guidelines to ensure optimal patient care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assign patients and adjust schedules as needed
* Provide support and guidance to staff, addressing concerns and issues promptly
* Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and competency requirements
* Communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve continuous quality improvement
* Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to the overall effectiveness of the Hospice program
Requirements:
* RN or BSN with current state licensure
* At least 2 years of experience working in a hospice environment
* Supervisory experience (preferably at least 1 year)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work under pressure
