We are seeking compassionate LPNs with:
- LPN licensure in the state of employment
- Practical nursing education
- Minimum two years of LPN experience, preferably in hospice
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute between patient locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with EMR software and digital tools
