As a skilled Nursing Preceptor, you will be responsible for:

• Orienting, mentoring, guiding, and educating new staff members
• Improving quality of care and service, work performance, and department processes
• Performing assessments and daily visits as established by plan of care and/or MD orders

We are looking for a seasoned nursing professional with:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous Home Health Experience Required
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
